Meet The Tverdov Housing Property Management team
Pete Tverdov - Founder
Pete founded Tverdov Housing in 2014 and has since grown the business into the only vertically integrated real estate company in New Jersey. With 11 years of experience working on Wall Street combined with an entrepreneurial spirit, Pete brings a unique and advantageous view to the real estate industry that benefits his clients whether it's buying and selling real estate or property management.

On the off chance he’s not thinking about the business or real estate investing, Pete likes to spend the remainder of his time with his wife and kids, supporting Rutgers athletics and traveling.
Andrew Spina - Director of Management and Operations
Andrew Spina has managed both commercial and residential property in the Central New Jersey area for nearly ten years, including working as a superintendent and caretaker of apartment buildings.

A graduate of Rutgers University, Andrew has been the owner and operator of an eclectic music store called Spina Records, located at 118 Easton Ave in New Brunswick. You can find him there spinning vinyl records most days. Andrew is also a fan of local history and enjoys various types of music.
Alexa Lendensky - Senior Property Manager
Alexa is a duly licensed real estate salesperson in New York and New Jersey. She is a former Leasing Director of two of the finest residential buildings right on Wall Street. Her extensive background in leasing, property management, and advertising makes her extremely well-versed within the industry.
Alexa lives in East Brunswick with her husband and two kids.
Laura Garibay - Property Manager
Laura brings over 10 years of experience in the hospitality, real estate and customer service industry. Her love of customer service brought her to her current role, which she loves because it is another type of customer service that requires lots of patience, thinking and focus.
She loves to learn about new places and her great motivation is her family and having a solid work team.
Sherlyn Caballero - Assistant Property Manager
Sherlyn has a former background as a registered nurse and is no stranger to dedicated service, she might be one of the sweetest people you will ever get to speak to. Her commitment to her job shines in her proficiency with customer service, organization prowess and exceptional writing abilities.
Beyond her professional life, Sherlyn enjoys quality time with her family, indulging in movies and savoring a good cup of coffee.
Melissa Lopez - Billing and Leasing Coordinator
Melissa is a dedicated and experienced Billing and Leasing Coordinator at Tverdov Housing. With over 17 years in the industry, including 8 years as a property management assistant with extensive administrative experience, she specializes in ensuring smooth operations and top-notch tenant satisfaction.
Esmeralda Tan - Contracts and Onboarding Associate
Esmeralda has over 10 years of experience in the customer service industry. She also has a background in Real Estate and Property Management. She has an excellent work ethic, a strong desire to learn new skills, and is very enthusiastic about her job.
Her family motivates her to always do her best. She loves reading and the outdoors. Going on a hike is one of her favorite ways to unwind.
Kabeer Sawhney - Leasing Agent
Kabeer is a driven and dedicated student at Rutgers University with a strong focus on real estate. He is currently pursuing his finance degree with a concentration in real estate and is actively involved in the university's Real Estate Club. His journey in the world of real estate began early, as he obtained his real estate license the moment he turned 18, showcasing his passion and commitment to this dynamic industry. His blend of knowledge, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic leaves his clients feeling valued and he ensures their real estate needs are not only met but exceeded.
Outside of real estate and college, Kabeer loves playing sports competitively, working out, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family.

Roy is a versatile, reliable, and driven leasing agent and realtor serving both Rutgers students and clients throughout New Jersey.
Being a Rutgers alumni, Roy is very familiar with the student housing experience. That paired with his dedication to help meet student preferences, he delivers great experiences to students choosing their college home every year.

Josh is an ambitious and adaptable student at Rutgers University with a strong interest in real estate.
