It’s important to be proactive when it comes to sharing information with your tenants regarding COVID-19 updates. Maintain clear and frequent communication with your tenants. Many people fear the unknown, so make sure you are communicating openly to those residing in your dwelling. Advise anyone who may feel sick to limit face-to-face contact and seek immediate medical help.
